Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Consultation Fee
- Consultations: A £50 booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice or if you decide not to proceed with any treatment. If a treatment is booked, this fee will be secured as a deposit and redeemable against the full amount.
Appointments
- Booking: All patients must provide contact details and must have read and understood the terms and conditions to secure an appointment. Appointments can be made by text, email, phone, WhatsApp, messenger through Instagram or Facebook or via the website, with online bookings encouraged.
- Medical History: Prior to your first appointment, all clients must complete a medical history form. Treatment may be declined, if necessary, if information is not provided.
- Refusal of Treatments: We reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinician deems it inappropriate for any reason. The clinician's decision is final. We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be asked at time of consent.
Payment
- Timing: Payment is due in full at the time of treatment and can be made by cash or major debit/credit cards. A deposit is required for treatments, payable via the online booking link.
- Fees: Cover the delivery of treatment, including consultation and assessment, provision of information and advice, safe treatment with evidence-based products, and follow-up appointments and aftercare advice and support.
- No Guarantees: We strive to offer exceptional service but cannot guarantee specific results and are unable to provide refunds if outcomes do not meet expectations.
Consent for Photography and GDPR
- Confidentiality: Patient information is treated confidentially in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Information will not be shared with third parties without written consent. Patients may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
- Photography: Consent for photography will be requested at your appointment. Patient privacy and confidentiality will be maintained.
Complaints
