“Will 5ml of filler make me look overdone?” 🤔 It’s one of the most common concerns I hear but full-face rejuvenation is about replacing only what you’ve lost and nothing more. Think of a cushion. When it’s new, the padding beneath gives the fabric support, so it appears smooth and well-structured. As the padding settles over time, the surface can begin to look looser, creased or hollow. A similar process happens as we age. Volume is gradually lost from specific fat pads of the face, leaving the skin with less support and creating hollows, shadows and laxity. For this lovely patient, I identified which fat compartments had lost volume and carefully restored only those areas using a total of 5ml.
