Marionette lines are rarely caused by just one fold or crease alone. A big contributor is volume loss through the lower face particularly in the area I like to call the “bow tie” (the mental fat pad, perioral and prejowl areas). 7ml Full Face Rejuvenation + Brow Lift✨ “I’m so glad I found you” My lovely patient said this to me while I was treating her but it meant more than she probably realised. I know how important it is to find the aesthetic practitioner that’s right for you. Someone who understands YOUR face, your anatomy, your concerns and goals and how you want to look and feel. And most importantly someone that you feel relaxed with and trust implicitly with your face. This wonderful patient wanted to feel like the best version of herself. She also wanted to lift her right brow and improve overall brow symmetry. The treatment plan was carried out in stages. We started with the brow lift, where I not only targeted the brow depressors but also treated the medial portion of the frontalis muscle, which increased the resting tone of the lateral frontalis. This allows the lateral brow to lift further. Once this had settled, we completed her full face rejuvenation with dermal filler, restoring volume in carefully selected fat pads to create this beautifully refreshed and naturally rejuvenated appearance.
